This morning: 3-egg omlette, with a little chicken and some avacado.Now in the oven: tostadas with pinto beans, mixed vegetables, and tomato/peppers. (3 cans, just dumped into a pot.)Good eating, dang near free!
Almost nothing better! (Add a perfect slice of tomato, Jarleberg and fresh basil for the whole enchilada, IMHO.)
